• Duration:
3 - 4 days
• Prerequisites:
• PADI (Junior) Adventure Diver or equivalent certification
• 12 years old, you must be at least
• Completion of the Underwater Navigation
• Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the last 24 months. This can be completed as part of the Rescue Diver course.
• Minimum of 25 dives.

The Rescue Diver course prepares you to effectively manage both minor and major dive emergencies, using a variety of rescue techniques. Through a combination of knowledge development and practical rescue exercises, you’ll learn essential skills for handling dive emergencies.

• Scuba gear:
You’ll also need a pocket mask for in-water resuscitation practice, as well as other items such as an oxygen unit, floats, marker buoys, and possibly CPR mannequins. Your PADI instructor will provide guidance on the necessary equipment and may suggest additional items like a first aid kit, which will be beneficial throughout your diving career.
