Prerequisites
The EFR course fulfills the CPR and first aid training requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional-level ratings. Most PADI Instructors are also certified Emergency First Response Course Instructors.

Course Modules
1. Primary Care (CPR)
• Learn the techniques for managing life-threatening emergencies.
2. Secondary Care (First Aid)
• Discover how to provide first aid for non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses when emergency medical services are delayed or unavailable.
• Practice assessing injuries, bandaging, and splinting.
3. Care for Children
• Develop the skills to provide emergency care specifically for infants and children.
4. CPR & AED
• Train in CPR techniques and learn how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
5. EFR Refresher
• Refresh your CPR and first aid skills every 24 months to stay prepared for emergencies.
